For over two decades, Simone has worked in senior roles in global multinational companies. In her last role she was a member of the executive team of one of the largest companies in the world – a $100 billion market cap company operating in 43 countries. She has significant experience across multiple industry sectors from telecommunications to resources, and has expertise in strategy and commercial, stakeholder engagement and communications, and team leadership in complex global systems.   Her MSc in Coaching Psychology complements her business experience and one of her focus areas is on helping people optimise their performance.
